Job Description
Director of AI & Digital Workforce Management operationalizing strategy and driving AI-enabled services for Bluprintx. Collaborating across teams, ensuring program value for clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Operationalizing Bluprintx’s AI and agentic digital workforce strategy
- Driving the roadmap for AI-enabled services
- Managing relationships with AI technology partners
- Ensuring programs translate into internal and client value
- Collaborating with sales, solutions, delivery, and shared services teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years in digital transformation, automation, platform configuration
- Hands-on experience implementing AI or agentic workflows
- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, platforms, and emerging agent frameworks
- Experience working across strategy, technology, and commercial teams
- Ability to translate emerging technology into practical business solutions
