Job Description
Director of Program Management leading execution of complex initiatives across product, technology, operations, and client delivery at SS&C. Ensuring programs are aligned with company priorities and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise initiatives across product development, platform modernization, client delivery, and operational transformation.
- Translate company strategy into actionable program plans with defined milestones, owners, and success metrics.
- Ensure initiatives align with growth objectives, platform scalability, and client outcomes.
- Establish program management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
- Provide executive visibility through program dashboards, milestone tracking, and risk reporting.
- Lead program reviews and steering committees to ensure progress, alignment, and accountability.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to coordinate delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, facilitate decision making, and resolve execution barriers.
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs and initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate program risks.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic initiatives within healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving product development, technology delivery, and client implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience operating in matrixed organizations with multiple priorities and dependencies.
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
