Job Description
Engineering Lead managing a team to build a data migration platform for telecommunications. Focused on optimizing data transfer and customer onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the system that migrates customer data from their previous platform into gaiia
- Optimize the automation of exporting, ingesting, validating, and importing millions of data points under tight time constraints
- Create a self-serve migration experience by developing intuitive customer-facing interfaces
- Collaborate with Feature squads, Customer Success, and the Implementation Team to craft the perfect onboarding experience for our customers
Requirements:
- At least five (5) years of experience in Typescript
- At least two (3) years of experience leading a team of developers
- Experience in DevOps and AWS services
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with distributed systems
- Process-oriented
- Strong product mindset
- Outgoing and collaborative personality
