Job Description
Enterprise Sales Manager responsible for full-cycle sales at a fast-growing SaaS platform. Engaging mid-market and enterprise clients while collaborating with founding team and Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle enterprise sales from pipeline generation to close across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partner channels.
- Engage senior decision-makers including Heads of Sales, CX, Operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Run structured sales processes: discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
- Work closely with the Customer Success and Product pods to ensure smooth handoffs and set up expansion opportunities early.
- Maintain tight CRM discipline -- clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, and consistent deal tracking.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets.
Requirements:
- 3-7+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales with a proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- High proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Sharp communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
