Job Description
Remote entertainment travel consultant booking and managing compliant reservations for BCD clients. Advising travelers on policies, fares, regulations, and industry requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
- Consult customers based on their travel policies
- Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations
- Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients and suggest improvements
- Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries
Requirements:
- Extensive Travel Agent experience (Entertainment experience is a plus)
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 2 PM–9 PM Central Time (Costa Rica)
