Job Description

Executive Virtual Assistant and Brand Ambassador at New Comienzos, ensuring effective operations and community support through organized engagement and empathy. Role includes coordination and direct support for leadership and individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination
  • Oversee communications, inboxes, and follow-ups
  • Support reports, presentations, and internal systems
  • Assist with invoicing, payroll coordination, and admin processes
  • Be a first point of contact for individuals seeking guidance
  • Help connect people to programs, services, and opportunities
  • Ensure follow-up and continuity of support
  • Track interactions with care and attention to detail
  • Represent New Comienzos with professionalism and empathy
  • Support outreach, storytelling, and communication
  • Participate in meetings, events, and presentations when needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years supporting executives or leadership teams
  • Experience in: Executive / Virtual Assistant, Community support or case work, Brand, communications, or public-facing roles
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (90–100%)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Confidence in professional and public environments
  • Based in Mexico City (CDMX)
  • Valid U.S. visa + availability to travel when needed
