Job Description
Real Estate Ambassador at We Are Nature connecting individuals with ownership opportunities at Fazenda Catuçaba. Building trust-based relationships and aligning values with potential buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with individuals aligned with the vision of Catuçaba
- Introduce the opportunity of ownership within the estate
- Build relationships based on trust, clarity and long-term alignment
- Guide conversations with potential buyers, from first connection to advanced discussions
- Collaborate with our local team and legal partners for final structuring and closing
Requirements:
- Are deeply aligned with nature, regeneration, and meaningful ways of living
- Move within circles of entrepreneurs, creatives, families and global nomads
- Have experience in high-value relationships (real estate, hospitality, investments or similar)
- Prefer depth and quality over volume
- Are trusted by their network when recommending places or opportunities
- Are able to represent something subtle, unique and non-mainstream
