Job Description
Field Service Technician supporting mailing and shipping technologies for Pitney Bowes. Managing territory, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction in remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi zip-code territory within 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio, with up to 80% driving time
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
- Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
- Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
- Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
- Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred)
- Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred)
