Job Description

Field Service Technician supporting mailing and shipping technologies for Pitney Bowes. Managing territory, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring client satisfaction in remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi zip-code territory within 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio, with up to 80% driving time
  • Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
  • Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
  • Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Requirements:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
  • Familiarity with Windows, PCs, and basic networking (preferred)
  • Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment (preferred)
