Job Description

Finance Assistant supporting administrative and financial routines at MED Review. Focusing on efficiency and accuracy in financial processes and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support accounts payable routines, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal procedures;
  • Verify, record, and organize invoices, payment slips, and other financial documents;
  • Monitor due dates and assist with payment scheduling;
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and statement reviews;
  • Update financial controls, spreadsheets, and management systems;
  • Perform data entry and maintain information in the ERP;
  • Support the review of records and the document organization of the department;
  • Provide support to internal teams and suppliers for administrative and financial requests;
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in administrative and/or financial routines;
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • Experience with ERP systems, accounts payable, and financial controls is desirable;
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
