Job Description

Finance Manager at Johnson & Johnson leading financial processes for JJDC's investment portfolio. Collaborating with global teams while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the forecasting and close processes for the investment portfolio and OPEX, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
  • Collaborate across the team to communicate expectations, timelines and process.
  • Support fund investment activity, partnering closely with investor, accounting, and tax teams on capital call and distributions, impairment analyses, and other fund‑related financial support.
  • Develop financial insights across the fund portfolio to inform and influence decision making.
  • Lead all aspects of public investment operations, including trade execution, regulatory filings and disclosures, corporate actions, proxy voting, and share transfers.
  • Ensure excellence in compliance and controls, maintaining strong compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial reporting and public investment activities.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiencies and deliver operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Proven ownership of core financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and quarterly close, with the ability to operate independently, manage priorities and has a solution oriented approach.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, preparing and communicating financial results in a concise, insight driven manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, investment, accounting, tax, and legal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus but not required.
