Job Description
Director of Finance Transformation at Sysco ensuring global finance processes are efficient and aligned. Leading design governance while supporting financial systems and technology across finance.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of global finance processes and the financial systems that enable them.
- Own the design, governance, and standardization of end to end global finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Ensure financial systems are configured to effectively support standardized finance processes
- Define and maintain process policies, controls, data standards, and KPIs
- Execute components of the Finance Transformation roadmap
- Lead a portfolio of system enabled process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a proven track record
- Experience in transitioning work into centralized shared service organizations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and their interaction with financial systems
- Experience with ERP and financial platforms (e.g., Workday Financials and related systems)
