Job Description
Forward Deployed AI Engineer deploying agentic workflows and integrations in ServiceNow environments. Translating enterprise needs into customer solutions while advancing NewRocket’s AI platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure agentic AI workflows and AI-powered automations within client ServiceNow environments
- Translate customer business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans
- Implement and integrate NewRocket Agent Packs and AI solutions into enterprise environments
- Tailor AI solutions to customers’ operational workflows and business processes
- Build demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations
- Iterate solutions with customers to refine AI-powered use cases
- Support AI orchestration, LLM integrations, and agentic decision models
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, and AI services
- Build scripts, microservices, automation logic, and integration services
- Contribute to NewRocket’s AI intellectual property, platforms, Agent Packs, and reusable accelerators
- Identify patterns from client deployments and contribute reusable assets and automation components
- Provide product feedback and transform successful implementations into repeatable platform features
- Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical working sessions
- Serve as the engineering counterpart to consulting and delivery teams
- Communicate architecture, system behavior, and technical tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve issues across AI workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines
- Ensure deployed AI solutions are secure, scalable, production-ready, performant, and reliable
- Collaborate with Business Process Consultants, Product Engineering, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and AI Center of Excellence teams
- Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable deployment patterns, and product evolution
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, or automation systems
- Strong foundation in full-stack development, scripting, or enterprise integrations
- Experience with AI/LLM technologies or AI-powered applications
- Experience in client-facing engineering or consulting roles
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Python or similar scripting languages
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders
- ServiceNow development or workflow automation experience preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and platform development patterns preferred
- Understanding of ServiceNow data models, including CMDB, workflow/task tables, and knowledge management preferred
- Experience building AI prototypes, RAG systems, or agent-based workflows preferred
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI services into enterprise systems preferred
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or semantic retrieval preferred
- Experience contributing to internal platforms, reusable accelerators, or product capabilities preferred
