Job Description
Frontend Engineer II developing user-facing applications at Ignite Visibility. Focused on UI implementation, optimization, and seamless integration with backend services.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and refine user interfaces with a focus on user experience
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Develop reusable components and libraries
- Ensure applications function correctly across different browsers and devices
- Work closely with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend services
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in frontend development
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
- Strong experience working with Webflow as a CMS
- Demonstrated ability to optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability
- Experience in developing reusable and efficient components and libraries
- Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
- Experience with code reviews and maintaining high standards of code quality
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions
- A continuous learner, eager to stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, Yarn)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend interfaces with backend services
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
- Knowledge of performance testing and debugging practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
