Job Description
Front-End Engineer contributing to product development and innovation for a fast-moving SaaS company. Ownership and technical leadership on high-quality front-end features impacting customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality front-end features that directly impact customer experience and product growth
- Contribute across the stack where needed (including backend exposure)
- Take end-to-end ownership of your work — from concept through to deployment and iteration
- Make thoughtful decisions around architecture, performance, and scalability
- Champion clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Strong experience with vanilla JavaScript
- Experience with modern frameworks (React is a strong plus)
- Proven ability to work in and improve existing codebases
- Solid understanding of performance optimisation and scalable UI design
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or similar)
- Understanding of containerisation / infrastructure concepts is a plus
- Comfortable balancing independent work and collaborative problem-solving
- Strong grasp of software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, agile delivery)
