Job Description
Full Stack Developer creating digital solutions for Grupo Boticário's diverse beauty brands and marketplace. Focused on quality, performance, and user experience in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the best full-stack solutions for our applications, always prioritizing quality, performance, programming best practices, simplicity, and the best user experience for our products.
- Develop, write unit tests, deploy and monitor what has been developed (in addition to ensuring code quality and best programming practices).
- Enhance applications by identifying improvement opportunities, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.
- Improve system quality by identifying recurring issues and patterns, and by developing standard operating procedures.
- Maintain, improve, and review existing code through Code Review and Pair Programming.
- Maintain good working relationships, seek innovative solutions for projects, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
- Research and adopt new technologies when relevant.
- Keep documentation up to date.
- Be passionate about problem solving and finding viable solutions.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with Java and Spring.
- Solid experience with React (hooks, context, state management) and the modern JavaScript ecosystem (ES6+), semantic HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of testing (unit, end-to-end, integration tests).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., Lambda and/or SQS and/or DynamoDB).
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with microservices, micro-frontends, CI/CD, and messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
- Differentials / Nice to have:
- . Experience with Node.js/TypeScript applications.
- . Experience in E-commerce / Marketplace environments.
- . Knowledge of Kotlin applications.
- . Experience with GraphQL.
- . Familiarity with observability tools (New Relic, tracing, metrics).
