Job Description

Full-Stack Developer responsible for end-to-end conversion funnels impacting revenue and user engagement for an EdTech startup. Collaborating with teams to deliver features and improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end conversion funnel, from landing pages to checkout
  • Build and A/B test dynamic pricing, signup flows, and questionnaires
  • Implement and manage server-side tracking and marketing integrations (GA, Meta CAPI, AppsFlyer)
  • Route event data into BigQuery and collaborate on growth reporting
  • Work closely with Product & Marketing on experiments and lifecycle strategies
  • Deliver impactful features fast and iterate based on performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a fast-paced B2C or product environment
  • Strong frontend skills (React + React Native) with a focus on UI/UX for conversion
  • Backend experience with Node.js and MongoDB
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, pixels, and event tracking
  • Experience running A/B tests and working with marketing teams
  • Ownership mindset and product intuition
  • Background with BigQuery or data warehouses (will be a plus)
  • Familiarity with Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or custom experimentation frameworks (will be a plus)
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages (will be a plus)
  • CI/CD and DevOps familiarity (will be a plus)
