Job Description
Full-Stack Developer responsible for end-to-end conversion funnels impacting revenue and user engagement for an EdTech startup. Collaborating with teams to deliver features and improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end conversion funnel, from landing pages to checkout
- Build and A/B test dynamic pricing, signup flows, and questionnaires
- Implement and manage server-side tracking and marketing integrations (GA, Meta CAPI, AppsFlyer)
- Route event data into BigQuery and collaborate on growth reporting
- Work closely with Product & Marketing on experiments and lifecycle strategies
- Deliver impactful features fast and iterate based on performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a fast-paced B2C or product environment
- Strong frontend skills (React + React Native) with a focus on UI/UX for conversion
- Backend experience with Node.js and MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, pixels, and event tracking
- Experience running A/B tests and working with marketing teams
- Ownership mindset and product intuition
- Background with BigQuery or data warehouses (will be a plus)
- Familiarity with Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or custom experimentation frameworks (will be a plus)
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages (will be a plus)
- CI/CD and DevOps familiarity (will be a plus)
