Job Description
Fullstack Software Engineer working on the insurance infrastructure for healthcare across four countries. Collaborating with teams to build a sustainable contract and service stack for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Building the contract & service stack that will power Alan’s growth for the next 10 years.
- Sales teams are autonomous & assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real-time.
- Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.
- Work closely with insurance experts, business specialist, sales teams, and collaborate with other eng teams across Alan.
- Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
Requirements:
- 3+ years building scalable backend systems
- Experience with high-traffic applications that real users depend on
