Job Description
General Manager for Auth business unit at zerohash leading go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. Driving enterprise sales and regulatory engagement in the fintech landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the go-to-market strategy for Auth.
- Personally lead high-stakes negotiations and close foundational deals with global banks, neo-banks, and payment networks.
- Serve as the primary executive sponsor for Tier-1 accounts.
- Build deep, peer-level relationships with C-Suite stakeholders at client organizations to ensure long-term platform stickiness and expansion.
- Drive the total financial health of the Auth business unit, managing revenue targets, pricing strategy, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Define zerohash’s stance on global Open Banking and Digital Asset regulations.
- Engage with regulators, industry bodies, and policy-makers to shape the standards that govern account connectivity and data sharing.
- Conduct constant "boots on the ground" analysis of the competitive landscape to ensure Auth remains the superior choice for crypto connectivity.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into product advantages, ensuring Auth remains the most compliant and trusted bridge.
- Align Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to deliver enterprise-grade APIs that meet the rigorous uptime and security requirements of global finance.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of proven leadership experience at the intersection of fintech and traditional banking.
- A strong grasp of how stablecoins and blockchain settlement will disrupt traditional Open Banking rails.
- A track record of closing 7 and 8-figure enterprise deals where you served as the lead negotiator or executive sponsor.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and the ability to influence policy discussions.
- The ability to command a room, whether it’s a boardroom of bank executives or a roundtable with federal regulators.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and sales to align the roadmap with revenue goals.
- While you are a business leader, you must be able to hold your own in deep technical reviews.
