Job Description
GTM Data Analyst building analytical foundation in a hyper-growth jewellery marketplace. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for performance-driven insights and decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Turn GTM Data Into Clarity
- Support Funnel Optimisation
- Forecasting & Performance Tracking
- Data, Systems & Foundations
- Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years experience in a GTM analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or Strategy role.
- Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable working with messy data and ambiguous questions.
- Experience working with CRM data and building dashboards or performance reports - Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
- Commercially minded with strong business instinct - you don’t just report numbers, you understand why they matter and design insights that change behaviour and move revenue.
- Clear communicator - able to explain insights to operators and senior stakeholders.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
