Job Description

GTM Data Analyst building analytical foundation in a hyper-growth jewellery marketplace. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for performance-driven insights and decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn GTM Data Into Clarity
  • Support Funnel Optimisation
  • Forecasting & Performance Tracking
  • Data, Systems & Foundations
  • Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years experience in a GTM analytics, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or Strategy role.
  • Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable working with messy data and ambiguous questions.
  • Experience working with CRM data and building dashboards or performance reports - Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
  • Commercially minded with strong business instinct - you don’t just report numbers, you understand why they matter and design insights that change behaviour and move revenue.
  • Clear communicator - able to explain insights to operators and senior stakeholders.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
