Job Description
GTM Engineer role at Scalantec responsible for creating complex Clay tables for clients. Emphasis on creativity and autonomy in a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and construct sophisticated, scalable Clay tables from the ground up for diverse client projects.
- Collaborate with our teams to understand core business problems and translate them into creative, efficient Clay solutions.
- Act as our ultimate Clay authority. You’ll have the autonomy to leverage your full creative and technical skill set to deliver results.
Requirements:
- You are a Clay wizzard.
- You have significant, proven experience building complex tables and workflows.
- You know the platform's power, its quirks, and how to push its limits.
- This is not a junior or beginner position. We need you to be able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
- You're more than a technician. You possess strong business acumen.
- You understand the "why" behind a GTM strategy and can design tables that don't just work, but achieve specific business goals.
- You are a creative problem-solver.
- You see a client request not as a task list, but as a puzzle to be solved in the most elegant way possible.
- You're an excellent communicator.
- You have conversational fluency in English and can clearly articulate complex ideas.
- German is not required.
- You thrive on autonomy. We'll trust you to manage your projects and deliver excellence without someone looking over your shoulder all the time.
