Job Description
GTM Growth Lead at Kohort, an ML-powered analytics platform, focusing on building top-of-funnel marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with sales to enhance growth using data-driven approaches and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- We're looking for someone who’s obsessed with building top-of-funnel from scratch, someone who gets their hands dirty, runs experiments, measures everything, and learns fast
- You will be the growth function. If you do it well, you’ll hire and lead the team around you
- Experiment design and execution. You design the tests, set up the tracking, run the campaigns, and report on ROI. Not “we tried it and it felt good”, actual data
- You know how to instrument a funnel, set up tracking, read conversion rates by source, and kill things that don’t work
- You’ll work closely with Head of Sales to build account-based motion: personalised content sequences, trigger-based outreach, conference campaigns
- You’re not afraid of AI tools. You’ll use them to move faster, but don't spam outreach with LLM written content, ever! You stay on top of how GTM is evolving and bring ideas to the team
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in growth, demand gen, or B2B marketing, must have mobile gaming experience and deeply understand how UA teams operate
- You’ve built and run top-of-funnel experiments before and can show results; what you tested, what worked, what you killed
- You’re data-driven. You set up tracking before you launch a campaign, not after
- You write well. You can produce a LinkedIn post, a brief for a case study, or a cold outreach sequence without needing a ghost writer
- You know the tools: HubSpot/Pipedrive, LinkedIn Ads, Apollo or equivalent, GA4, and you’re comfortable building reports
- You understand the mobile gaming ecosystem, UA, LTV, ROAS, MMPs aren’t intimidating to you
- You’re hungry. You don’t need a team to get things done. You find a way
