Job Description

Head of Content leading the development of engaging financial education content for B2B partners. Driving the content strategy and engaging with stakeholders in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • You develop and own the strategic direction of the content platform at beatvest — with a particular focus on financial education formats that are integrated into the systems of our B2B partners.
  • You manage the entire content lifecycle — from concept through production to analysis.
  • You design new content features and learning formats that measurably activate users and drive product conversions.
  • You leverage state-of-the-art AI tools and automation solutions (e.g., n8n) to scale content without compromising quality or factual accuracy.
  • You collaborate with Customer Support to analyze user feedback and make content even more targeted.
  • You are responsible for stakeholder management, working closely with clients, external education experts, and the product team.
  • You present new formats and content concepts to senior stakeholders at large corporates, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Excellent German and fluent English; you can prepare content appropriately for target audiences in both languages.
  • Proven experience in the finance sector (e.g., financial journalism, banking, fintech, corporate finance, etc.); you can immediately identify high-quality financial content.
  • You are data-driven and have experience with AI models and automation tools.
  • You have a good eye for visualizations and excellent PowerPoint skills, with ideal experience presenting to top-level management.
  • You have worked cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, Sales, or Support.
