Job Description
Health Scientist providing scientific and technical support for health-related research and initiatives, analyzing data and collaborating with teams to meet program objectives while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provides scientific and technical support for health-related research, programs, and initiatives
- Analyzes and interprets scientific data, supporting research and program activities
- Prepares technical documentation, and collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to meet program objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable federal requirements
Requirements:
- Masters degree in chemistry or related field is required
- A minimum of ten (10) years of laboratory, field sampling/monitoring, data review or other relevant experience
- The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Public Trust level
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint) efficiently and effectively
- Ability to use and manage Administrative Systems (HUMAN SUBJECTS, OMB AND IRB, and E-Clearance) efficiently and effectively
- Previous experience working with the government procedures and guidelines.
