Job Description
Veterinarian providing unrushed in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families. Managing a flexible mobile schedule across Green Bay, Appleton, De Pere, and surrounding Wisconsin areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia care in pets' homes
- Practice independently on the road while supporting families through end-of-life care
- Conduct a few appointments per day at an unrushed pace
- Sit with families, answer difficult questions, and help them say goodbye with dignity and peace
- Serve Green Bay, Appleton, De Pere, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas
- Work a self-managed 2-to-5-day-per-week schedule or selected full-time schedule
- Participate in onboarding, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing professional support
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Choose the 4 weekend days per month that fit your life
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Unassisted and up to 90 lbs with Assistance
- License verification, a background check, and a driving record review before start date
