Job Description
Remote HR consultant supporting U.S.-based companies with organizational development, training, and HR policies. Advising founders, executives, and managers on practical people solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for managers, leaders, and teams
- Facilitate leadership, communication, team-building, and other organizational development programs
- Develop tailored training solutions based on clients’ organizational needs
- Create and maintain Employee Handbooks and HR Handbooks
- Develop and document HR policies, guidelines, and internal processes
- Support clients in building and improving their HR foundations as they grow
- Provide HR consulting based on specific expertise and professional experience
- Support projects across Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, HR Policy, and People Management
- Advise founders, executives, and managers on HR and organizational matters
- Take on other HR-related projects based on client needs and area of expertise
Requirements:
- Professional HR experience within the U.S. or with U.S.-based companies, particularly in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related fields
- Strong expertise and hands-on experience in one or more HR disciplines
- Business-level English/Japanese communication skills
- Ability to independently identify organizational or HR challenges and develop practical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with founders, executives, managers, and other stakeholders
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a flexible, project-based environment
- Experience as an HR Consultant, HRBP, HR Manager, or similar role
- Experience in organizational development and/or corporate training
- Experience creating Employee Handbooks or HR policies
- Experience in RPO, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Experience working with startups or high-growth companies
- Experience providing HR consulting services to multiple companies or clients
- Eligibility to work in the United States
