Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner developing and implementing HR strategies for NMDP's IT and Product teams. Focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR processes, practices, and programs for the organization
- Ensure proactive planning and effective execution of talent acquisition and performance management
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for HR improvement
- Assist leaders with job description creation and compensation analysis
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for timely approvals and immigration processes
- Anticipate and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues
- Implement employee and leadership development strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three years of experience working in a Human Resources Business Partner role
- Working knowledge of employment law
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commit to minimal travel (one to two trips per year)
