Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner developing and implementing HR strategies for NMDP's IT and Product teams. Focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR processes, practices, and programs for the organization
  • Ensure proactive planning and effective execution of talent acquisition and performance management
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for HR improvement
  • Assist leaders with job description creation and compensation analysis
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for timely approvals and immigration processes
  • Anticipate and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Implement employee and leadership development strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Three years of experience working in a Human Resources Business Partner role
  • Working knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Commit to minimal travel (one to two trips per year)
