Job Description
Technical writer for sync.blue® creating content for IT communities and blogs. Collaborating with product and development teams to explain complex cloud solutions clearly.
Responsibilities:
- You monitor the questions IT users ask in communities, forums, or professional networks.
- You answer these directly — or prepare helpful content, e.g., blog posts or short how‑tos.
- You write technical content for blogs and help pages.
- You collaborate closely with our product and development teams to identify new topics and present them clearly.
- You demonstrate, in practical terms, how our cloud solution sync-blue® helps in everyday scenarios — e.g., syncing contacts between Outlook, iPhones, CRMs, and more.
Requirements:
- Technical understanding and practical experience in the IT field — e.g., through vocational training, university studies, professional work, or personal projects
- Enjoy writing about technical topics and the ability to present complex information clearly and appropriately for the target audience
- Interest in modern cloud technologies — you don't need to be an expert, but a willingness to dive in is essential
- Confident, stylistically assured written German; good English skills are a plus
- Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of active interaction with the community
- Career changers with enthusiasm for technology and strong communication skills are very welcome!
