Job Description
Technical Lead leading Java microservices development for fintech solutions. Ensuring team delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical team and ensure delivery of requirements for the BFF and app;
- Ensure the development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot;
- Manage Kafka queues for communication between services;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions;
- Monitor and continuously improve service performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical leadership;
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot;
- Experience developing microservices;
- Experience with BFF and front-end (app) integrations;
- Proven experience with Kafka queues;
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB;
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
