Job Description
Jira Consultant supporting migration of integrations to Jira Cloud for SkillNet Solutions. Focus on DevOps tasks including assess, redesign, migrate, test, and cut over.
Responsibilities:
- Support migration of custom integrations and automation from current Jira setup to Jira Cloud
- Assess, redesign, migrate, test, and cut over integrations that depend on Jira
- Work is DevOps-heavy
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience
- Jira Cloud vs. Server/Data Center differences
- Jira REST API v2/v3
- Webhooks & automation
- CI/CD & tooling
- Identity & access
- Migration planning
- Hands-on participation in at least one Jira Server/DC → Cloud project
- ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, or similar
- Observability — logging/monitoring for integration jobs after cutover
