Job Description
Junior Content Marketer creating impactful B2B content strategies on LinkedIn. Collaborating with founders to translate their insights into engaging LinkedIn content for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- You prepare content interviews and capture our clients' voice
- You turn their ideas into LinkedIn content that becomes part of our Trust Engine
- You join content calls with founders and learn to ask the right questions
- You help us continuously improve our service
- Daily check-ins & coaching with our founder Niklas: you receive direct feedback on your posts, co-develop ideas and improve quickly
- Research & preparation: you understand our clients, analyze their markets and find topics that truly matter
- Weekly team sync: you share your learnings, pitch ideas and help evolve our service
- Fully remote & flexible hours: after the 9 AM daily, you design your day — except for fixed meetings, you work in the way that suits you best
Requirements:
- You have a degree in marketing or initial experience at marketing agencies
- Copywriting and content are a passion of yours
- You have created content that resonated with people (professionally or personally)
- You speak and write fluent German and English (many of our clients have international audiences)
- You enjoy working with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, etc., but know where you as a human make the difference
- You have high standards for yourself and a constant desire to improve
- You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
- You view feedback as a gift, not as criticism
- You bring joy, positive energy and curiosity, and you handle deadlines well
- You enjoy working independently, communicate proactively, and don't need an office to be productive.
Benefits:
- Fair base salary of €40,000–€45,000 per year, depending on experience
- €112.50 monthly meal allowance (€1,350 net extra per year)
