Job Description
Detail-oriented Junior Content Moderator responsible for managing user-generated content in various platforms. Ensuring compliance with community guidelines and supporting users' inquiries in Portugal.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate user-generated content, ensuring it adheres to established community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing content in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and improve moderation processes.
- Provide feedback on trends and issues observed during content moderation.
- Support users by addressing their inquiries and concerns related to content policies.
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
