Job Description

Analista de Mídia Júnior/Pleno focado em criar e gerenciar campanhas de mídia paga em LATAM. Colaborando com equipes de marketing para otimização e geração de demanda.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across different Latin American countries;
  • Manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads;
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROI, conversion, and pipeline generation;
  • Control budgets and propose improvements to maximize results;
  • Create and run A/B tests for ads, targeting, creatives, and landing pages;
  • Perform performance analyses and generate insights to support decision-making;
  • Identify optimization opportunities within the acquisition funnel;
  • Collaborate with CRM, Content, and SDR teams to improve lead generation and qualification;
  • Support expansion and growth initiatives across LATAM markets;
  • Contribute to the development of Growth Marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience analyzing metrics and performance indicators
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Familiarity with acquisition funnels, demand generation, and conversion strategies
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish (mandatory — disqualifying requirement)
  • Analytical, data-driven profile with a focus on continuous improvement.
