Job Description
Junior UI Developer on a fully remote Agile team enhancing legacy applications for EPA. Collaborating with clients to create tailored scientific software tools and refine project strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Join a fully remote Agile team as a Junior UI Developer
- Stabilize legacy applications by delivering UI/UX enhancements
- Create advanced software tools tailored to scientific applications
- Communicate effectively with customers and senior developers to design, plan, and refine projects
- Support testing cycles alongside Agile/Scrum methodologies
Requirements:
- 0+ years of experience required; 1 - 3 years of related professional IT experience preferred
- Technical Training, Certification(s), or Degree
- Familiarity with DevOps and ITIL Agile processes
- Ability to prioritize and complete a wide variety of tasking workloads with critical deadlines
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical parties
- Ability to manage equipment and services in remote locations
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
