Job Description

Law Firm Bookkeeper for the #1 Fastest Growing Legal Marketing & Coaching Company in the U.S. Managing client trust accounts and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously manage client trust accounts, ensuring 3-way reconciliation (bank statement, trust ledger, client ledger) to adhere to Bar regulations.
  • Process monthly client invoices, track billable hours, and follow up on accounts receivable.
  • Manage vendor bills, check requests, and expenses.
  • Reconcile bank statements for operating and IOLTA accounts.
  • Generate monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for firm partners.
  • Handle payroll processing.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and legal-specific tools (e.g., Clio, TimeSolv).
  • Familiarity with IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts) regulations.
  • Exceptional accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
