Job Description
Lead AI Engineer at Kainos bridging data science and software engineering. Collaborate with teams to deliver AI solutions for Workday products.
Responsibilities:
- Play a critical role in bridging data science and software engineering
- Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
- Deliver robust, scalable AI solutions
- Ensure seamless integration of AI models into production systems
- Optimize performance and maintain reliability of AI-driven features
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
- Proven experience in deploying AI/ML models
- Familiarity with MLOps practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Design and deploy cloud-based AI solutions
- Proficiency in using containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
- Strong skills in data engineering
- Exposure to agile software development practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
