Job Description
Lead Analyst routing 900,000+ sales leads across American Income Life’s agency network. Building SQL/Excel reports and maintaining automated scripting tools remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Route and manage over 900,000 sales leads across approximately 100 sales agencies using proprietary software
- Develop, execute, and maintain routine and ad hoc reports using SQL and Excel
- Operate and maintain automated tools built in VBA, VBScript, and other scripting languages
- Partner with executive leadership to identify and deploy lead resources beyond standard processes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners through written and verbal channels
Requirements:
- 4 years’ experience in a work environment with reporting and communicating responsibilities, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant education
- 4 years’ experience or relevant education working in a remote work environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage work independently and deliver consistent results
- Ability to pass a written communication test
- Ability to pass an Excel and/or SQL test
