Job Description
Lead C#/.NET Entwickler für digitale Immobilienbewertungssysteme bei VALUE AG. Architektur, Kubernetes-Services, CI/CD und fachliches Mentoring im Entwicklungsteam.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical point of contact within the development team and actively contribute to programming
- Make technical decisions in day-to-day operations without disciplinary management responsibility
- Engage in hands-on development and architecture using C#/.NET as part of the team
- Implement your own features and bug fixes within the sprint
- Take on complex technical tasks and resolve architectural challenges
- Contribute to decisions regarding modularization, interfaces, and security
- Further develop core systems with C#/.NET and MS SQL into resilient, containerized Kubernetes services
- Account for observability, performance, scalability, security, and deployment
- Provide technical support during refinement sessions and explain complex technical concepts to Product Managers
- Expand and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Azure DevOps
- Establish Clean Code practices, code reviews, and automated unit and system tests
- Contribute to shorter development cycles and more reliable deployments
- Build, document, and share knowledge across the team
- Contribute to process and system documentation
- Develop best-practice guidelines and technical standards
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers on architecture, Clean Code, and systems thinking
- Support the onboarding of new team members
- Promote continuous learning and professional exchange
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager on professional and technical matters
Requirements:
- Several years of experience developing web applications with C#/.NET
- Proficiency with scalable database systems, including MS SQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience with modern backend architectures and modular services
- Experience with Angular (v15+) and RabbitMQ is an advantage
- High quality standards, pragmatism, and a holistic understanding of products
- Experience integrating new technologies and digital solutions
- Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI in a corporate context
- Experience with AI-/LLM-assisted development; experience integrating AI-based features is an advantage
- Proven practical experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of fully automated deployments and Infrastructure as Code
- In-depth knowledge of designing, scaling, and orchestrating services
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
- Experience with automated testing, including unit and system tests
- Ability to provide professional mentoring and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Interest in discovery processes with Product Managers and stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English and German (at least C1 level)
