Job Description
Senior Einkäufer für indirekte Materialien, Dienstleistungen und Halbleiter-Backend-Equipment bei Swissbit. Steuerung globaler Lieferanten, CAPEX-Projekte und digitaler Einkaufsprozesse.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational procurement of indirect materials, services, machinery, equipment, and test equipment for semiconductor backend manufacturing
- Managing tenders, price negotiations, and contract awards
- Building, developing, and evaluating a global supplier network
- Close collaboration with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance
- Managing CAPEX investment projects for machinery, equipment, and test equipment
- Identifying and realizing cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Supporting and actively shaping procurement digitalization through eProcurement, SRM systems, and data analytics
- Ensuring compliance as well as sustainability and quality requirements
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid procurement experience with indirect materials and services, as well as machinery, equipment, or technical capital goods
- Ideally, experience in semiconductor backend manufacturing and with packaging and test equipment
- Experience in project and investment procurement (CAPEX) as well as global supplier management
- Knowledge of eSourcing, eProcurement, data analytics, KPI tracking, and process automation
- Excellent negotiation and contract law skills, along with a strong technical affinity
- Experience with procurement and ERP systems, such as SAP
- Structured and independent working style, strong teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
- Business-fluent German and English
