Job Description
Legal Analyst in charge of process control, documentation, and support at BRIGANTI SOCIEDADE DE ADVOGADOS. Role requires extensive handling of legal schedules and electronic protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the handling, control and monitoring of legal calendars, including case closures, rescheduling and deadline tracking;
- File documents in national electronic judicial and administrative systems;
- Monitor court publications and electronic push notifications, ensuring correct routing and processing of information;
- Issue procedural payment slips/guides and manage the engagement and oversight of correspondents (local counsel);
- Register and update case information in internal systems, ensuring organization and data integrity;
- Manage documents and electronic signature workflows using platforms such as DocuSign, D4Sign and Adobe;
- Issue civil, tax and corporate certificates and other documents required for client matters;
- Conduct case searches by CNPJ (Brazilian corporate taxpayer ID) and gather information for due diligence activities;
- Prepare and send monitoring reports for calendars and internal controls;
- Support legal and institutional teams regarding operational procedures, compliance with deadlines and reporting deviations to leadership;
- Interact with clients, partner law firms and external consultancies to follow up and execute requests.
Requirements:
- Experience managing and handling legal calendars, monitoring deadlines and electronic filings/protocols;
- Experience issuing procedural payment slips and engaging correspondents;
- Practical knowledge of major electronic systems and portals such as E-SAJ, Projudi, PJe, E-Doc, e-STJ, e-STF, TRT, DJE, e-CAC, SEFAZ, e-PAT and FAP;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, filters and controls);
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
