Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing high-quality behavioral health care for community organizations. Delivering therapy independently and collaborating with teams from a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality behavioral health care as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
- Partner with community health organizations to expand access to care
- Deliver therapy independently while collaborating with support teams
- Utilize telehealth platforms for patient therapy sessions
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC); must have an active and unrestricted license in Florida
- 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
- Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
- Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
- Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
