Job Description

Join GIA Legacy Planning as a Licensed Life Insurance Agent in a fully remote capacity, helping families protect their futures. This independent contractor role allows you to build a book of business and enjoy unlimited income potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with interested clients through our proprietary lead system — people who have already requested information about coverage
  • Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family's situation
  • Follow our step-by-step system for consistent daily activity and follow-up
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of active clients and referrals
  • Grow at your own pace — whether part-time or full-time, the system adapts to your commitment level

Requirements:

  • You have experience in sales, real estate, finance, customer service, or another client-facing role — insurance experience is not required
  • You are self-motivated and do not need someone standing over you to get things done
  • You are a career changer or part-timer in the Houston area looking for something with real long-term upside
  • You are coachable and willing to follow a proven system even if it is new to you
  • You are ready to get licensed if you are not already (we will show you exactly how)

Benefits:

  • Carrier-paid training and mentorship from agents who are actively producing right now
  • You control your schedule — mornings, evenings, weekends, you decide
  • Warm inbound leads — you talk to people who already raised their hand for coverage, so there is no cold calling
  • You build a book of business that pays you on every policy you write, with an ownership model and overrides as you grow a team
  • No ceiling on your income — your results are a direct reflection of your effort and consistency
  • Independent contractor opportunity where your results are a direct reflection of your effort, your consistency, and your willingness to follow a system that works
