Job Description
Remote life insurance sales representative helping U.S. families review coverage and apply for protection. Commission-based role using warm inbound leads and agency-provided support.
Responsibilities:
- Work remotely as a Life Insurance Sales Representative
- Contact warm leads to schedule appointments
- Help families review coverage options and apply for protection
- Support applications through underwriting until families are fully covered
- Use data-driven systems and proven lead generation to serve families actively seeking life insurance assistance
- Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development
- Attend occasional in-person conferences and leadership events if required
Requirements:
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Computer and phone to service clients
- Reliable internet connection
- Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Willing to work remotely
- Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events
- Disciplined and accountable
- Honest and confident in communication
- Passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions
- Willing to grow into leadership over time
