Job Description
Remote life insurance agent helping families review coverage and complete applications. Serving inbound warm leads with flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads to schedule appointments
- Help families review coverage options and apply for protection
- Support applications through underwriting until families are fully covered
- Focus on service rather than cold prospecting, using warm and inbound leads
- Work remotely in a fully online role
Requirements:
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Computer and phone to service clients
- Reliable internet connection
- Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment
- Coachable, disciplined, accountable, honest, and confident in communication
- Motivated to help families make sound financial decisions
- Willing to grow into leadership over time
- Comfortable with 100% commission-based income
- Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events
