Job Description
Contract M365/GenAI Engineer designs and supports integrations across Microsoft 365 and enterprise LLM platforms. Requires strong coding skills and hands-on M365 administration.
Responsibilities:
- Implement DLP, MIP, retention, Sensitivity Labels, and secure configuration.
- Administer and operationalize enterprise LLM platforms (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude).
- Develop connectors, automations, and reusable patterns for AI and M365 workloads.
- Troubleshoot permission issues, data routing, and cross workspace access.
- Provide hands on engineering for data governance enforcement.
Requirements:
- Strong coding/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Graph queries)
- Hands on M365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive)
- Experience integrating and managing enterprise Generative AI platforms
- Knowledge of prompt patterns, AI safety, and enterprise AI control mechanisms
- Strong understanding of enterprise security and least privilege access
- Ability to translate policy into automated technical enforcement.
