Job Description

Manager of AI Literacy & Adoption at Alzheimer’s Association enhancing AI awareness and skills across the organization. Responsible for designing educational programs and driving technology adoption among staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate AI adoption to enhance organizational mission
  • Design and implement AI Literacy Strategy & Curriculum
  • Apply behavioral science for change management
  • Serve as internal AI subject matter expert
  • Foster AI Champion Network for peer learning
  • Collaborate across departments for AI integration
  • Measure and track AI literacy and adoption

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in organizational change management, digital transformation, or professional development within a large, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of human-technology interaction and behavioral change principles
  • Master’s degree or PhD in related fields is preferred
  • Proven ability in advanced prompt engineering
  • Prior experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital education platforms is beneficial
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) is desirable
