Job Description
Manager of AI Literacy & Adoption at Alzheimer’s Association enhancing AI awareness and skills across the organization. Responsible for designing educational programs and driving technology adoption among staff.
Responsibilities:
- Accelerate AI adoption to enhance organizational mission
- Design and implement AI Literacy Strategy & Curriculum
- Apply behavioral science for change management
- Serve as internal AI subject matter expert
- Foster AI Champion Network for peer learning
- Collaborate across departments for AI integration
- Measure and track AI literacy and adoption
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in organizational change management, digital transformation, or professional development within a large, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of human-technology interaction and behavioral change principles
- Master’s degree or PhD in related fields is preferred
- Proven ability in advanced prompt engineering
- Prior experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital education platforms is beneficial
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) is desirable
