Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager responsible for architecting revenue systems at TalkingPoints. Ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Salesforce as the single source of truth for all GTM data, ensuring system reliability, data quality, and cross-functional usability
  • Build and maintain scalable workflows, automations, and integrations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Establish data governance and stewardship practices to ensure information is clean, consistent, and actionable
  • Map, document, and continuously refine the lead-to-renewal lifecycle — ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with TalkingPoints’ GTM strategy
  • Partner with GTM leaders to standardize forecasting, pipeline management, and renewal/expansion processes
  • Identify friction points in workflows and implement systemic solutions to remove them
  • Lead the design and operation of forecasting frameworks across Sales and Customer Success
  • Build and automate dashboards and data visualizations that deliver trusted insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Analyze pipeline trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, and Finance to align on targets, processes, and reporting standards
  • Translate business needs into scalable systems and data solutions
  • Champion change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage RevOps tools that complement Salesforce (e.g., CPQ, CLM, sales engagement platforms)
  • Lead special projects focused on scaling the revenue engine as the company grows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles within a SaaS organization
  • Strong Salesforce expertise, including process automation, reporting, and integrations (Admin certification a plus)
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy
  • Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into scalable processes
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in BI tools and data visualization preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with GTM platforms like Salesloft, HubSpot and Clari, as well as with CX platforms like PlanHat is highly desirable.
