Job Description
Marketing Coordinator supporting the day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital channels for a sustainable swim lifestyle brand. Ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented in a creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and website
- Manage day-to-day Pinterest platform execution, including:
- Scheduling and publishing Pins
- Uploading assets and copy
- Maintaining boards and product tagging
- Tracking basic Pinterest performance metrics
- Coordinate creative assets: links, copy and approvals across platforms
- Maintain organized asset libraries and project folders
- QA marketing assets (links, product tags, formatting, basic compliance)
- Assist with influencer seeding, content tracking, lookbook creation, and reporting
- Organize creator deliverables and timelines
- Track and manage marketing shoot budgets
- Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers
- Pull basic performance reports across channels
- Support ongoing maintenance of the NuORDER platform
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or e-commerce
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written English and clear communication
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- Experience with or willingness to learn:
- Google Workspace
- Excel
- dropbox
- Pinterest (organic and/or paid basics)
- Project management tools (slack / clickup)
- Nuorder
- Interest in fashion, swimwear, lifestyle, or sustainability a plus
