Job Description

Data Analyst optimizing marketing ROI through data analysis and visualization at Innodata. Collaborating with teams to drive strategic decisions in marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, social media, and CRM tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Monitor overall marketing performance, evaluate ROI for direct marketing spend, and conduct A/B testing to refine strategies.
  • Create dashboards, comprehensive reports, and presentations using tools like Tableau or Excel to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and consumer buying intentions to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing analytics or data based roles.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools, like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data analysis and visualization
  • Data interpretation and analysis skills for interpreting large data sets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Effective communication to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders
  • Marketing knowledge, including familiarity with marketing principles, digital advertising, and consumer behaviour patterns
  • Attention to detail ensures data analysis, reporting, and trend identification accuracy
  • Adaptability and learning show an eagerness to stay on top of industry trends and adapt to new analytical methods
  • Problem-solving skills for identifying challenges within data findings and finding creative solutions to address marketing objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly within marketing and product development
