Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Analytics Lead advising Longbridge, a senior home-equity solutions provider. Building predictive models, attribution frameworks, and forecasts to optimize marketing investment and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Marketing leadership
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
  • Translate marketing performance data into actionable insights for budget allocation and campaign strategy
  • Develop and enhance predictive models, including lead scoring, response modeling, conversion forecasting, and customer segmentation
  • Build and evolve multi-touch attribution frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the marketing and sales funnel, pipeline performance, and revenue contribution
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and BI teams on business objectives and growth targets
  • Apply AI and advanced analytics to improve targeting, personalization, and marketing efficiency
  • Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting for strategic planning and investment decisions
  • Synthesize complex analyses into executive-ready narratives and recommendations
  • Work with reporting and BI teams to ensure insights use accurate, reliable data

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, advanced analytics, or revenue strategy
  • Experience supporting a sales-driven organization within financial services or the mortgage industry
  • Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and marketing measurement frameworks
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
  • Experience with R, Python, or similar statistical/programming tools
  • Experience building attribution models and forecasting frameworks
  • Experience applying or integrating AI/ML techniques into marketing analysis or decision-making
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Preferred: experience in mortgage lending, consumer finance, or regulated environments
  • Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce and marketing data ecosystems
  • Preferred: experience with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and incrementality testing
  • Preferred: advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Strategic thinking and strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
  • Ability to influence without direct ownership of data/reporting teams
