Job Description

Gerente de Serviços PL gerenciando operações de suporte AMS na Seidor. Liderando equipes, monitorando KPIs e atuando como contato principal com o cliente.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AMS operations
  • Coordinate technical support teams
  • Monitor operational and financial KPIs for the contract
  • Ensure service governance
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact
  • Lead the squad dedicated to the client
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and leading AMS support services (SAP preferred)
  • Strong experience in team leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or IT
  • Current ITIL 4 certification
