Job Description
Gerente de Serviços PL gerenciando operações de suporte AMS na Seidor. Liderando equipes, monitorando KPIs e atuando como contato principal com o cliente.
Responsibilities:
- Manage AMS operations
- Coordinate technical support teams
- Monitor operational and financial KPIs for the contract
- Ensure service governance
- Serve as the primary client point of contact
- Lead the squad dedicated to the client
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and leading AMS support services (SAP preferred)
- Strong experience in team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or IT
- Current ITIL 4 certification
